As an Associate Attorney II, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional legal services while building strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels at understanding client needs, guiding them from initial consultation through estate plan completion with complex matters, and ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the process. You’ll work closely with our dedicated team to manage and complete client matters efficiently, leveraging our advanced technology and case management tools to provide a seamless, professional experience. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, and related legal matters. • Confident in presenting complex concepts in simple, relatable terms. • Skilled at guiding clients through important decisions. • Confidently manage your caseload with minimal supervision. • Draft, review, and edit legal documents. • Communicate with clients, attorneys, court staff, and paralegals with clarity and respect. • Nurture strong client relationships and consistently generate new business opportunities for the firm. • Participate in firm-wide growth through mentoring, lunch-and-learns, and community engagement. • Attend networking and marketing events (some evenings/weekends). • Comfortable working toward measurable performance goals. Qualifications: • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Estate Planning and Probate. • Certification (or ability to obtain) to represent clients in Guardianship matters. • On track for Board Certification, or an advanced degree (LLM) preferred. • Comfortable with technology, case management software, and working within firmwide goals/metrics. Compensation: $105,000 - $125,000 yearly
