Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in personal injury law and be proficient in all aspects of the litigation process.

Responsibilities of the Associate Attorney will include:

• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Interviewing clients and witnesses
• Producing discovery materials
• Negotiating settlements
• Trying cases to verdict

Qualifications for the Associate Attorney position include:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 2-4 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping people
