You must have 3+ years of civil litigation and/or Family law experience as an attorney. You must be a GREAT writer and an excellent communicator. If you enjoy writing motions, pleadings, Memorandum of Points, and Authorities, this position is for you. Responsibilities: • Able to produce high-quality written work and be comfortable with discovery. • Familiar with court rules and procedures. • Able to multitask and manage cases with ease. • Detail-oriented, focused, team player with a pleasant personality and the ability to work independently. • Dedicated and ethical. • Ability to litigate cases in court with ease, comfortable negotiating cases, as well as interacting with opposing counsel. • Creating efficiencies through developing and refining the Firm’s systems, including the policies and procedures, examples, templates, scripts, diagrams, workflows, and videos. • Analyzing statistical information to better understand how we can improve our services and the time we spend servicing clients. Qualifications: • Confidence. • Great Organizational skills. • Adaptability. • Creativity. • Good teamwork skills. • Communication skills. • Family Law Experience. • Licensed in CA. • Excellent Writer and Communicator. • Legal Research & Drafting Experience. Compensation: $140,000 - $185,000 DOE plus Bonuses
