Dross Berman LLC is an established personal injury litigation firm seeking an associate attorney. The best candidate will have 3 to 10 years of personal injury litigation experience, including District Court trial experience and at least some level of Circuit Court involvement and/or trial work. We are located in North Bethesda/Rockville.

The ideal candidate will have experience:

• Overseeing multiple pre-litigation paralegals
• Drafting and negotiating settlement demands
• Preparation and of filing pleadings in both district and circuit courts
• District Court and Circuit Court trial work

Barred in Maryland; DC and/or Virginia is a plus. Additional helpful skills include excellent organizational, communication, presentation and legal writing skills with a high level of attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and work independently at times; strong negotiation and problem solving skills and a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
