As an Associate Attorney with our team, you'll be at the forefront of managing cases from their inception all the way to trial. If you have at least two years of litigation experience and are licensed to practice law, you're the kind of professional we're looking for. You’ll enjoy a competitive starting BASE salary of $90,000, with bonus opportunities and health benefits after the statutory waiting period. Responsibilities: • • Lead and manage litigation cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision. • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions, advocating passionately on their behalf. • Maintain open and clear communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout their case. • Work closely with our legal team to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. • Stay updated on legal trends and changes in law to provide informed advice and representation. Qualifications: • • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, ensuring you can hit the ground running. • Minimum of two years' experience in litigation, giving you the confidence to manage cases independently. • Strong ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft precise legal documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity. • Proven track record of representing clients effectively in court, mediations, and depositions, advocating with passion and integrity. • Excellent communication skills to maintain open and clear dialogue with clients, fostering trust and transparency. • Collaborative mindset to work closely with our legal team, contributing to a supportive and innovative work environment. • Commitment to staying updated on legal trends and changes, ensuring you provide informed and current legal advice. • Ability to work ON-SITE • Bilingual a plus Compensation: $90,000+ yearly
