    Growing Asiatown litigation firm practicing primarily in the areas of personal injury, business/insurance disputes, and family law is in search of an associate attorney with minimum 2 years litigation experience who wants to manage cases from initial work-up to trial. Why work for us? • Competitive salary • Health care provided after 3 months • Bonus eligibility • Ongoing mentorship Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development • Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys to facilitate case progression • In personal injury cases, negotiate claims with insurance adjusters and defense counsel • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings Qualifications: • Active license to practice law in the State of Texas • 2+ years of civil litigation experience • Ability to work ON-SITE • Desire for litigation work in Texas state courts (civil and family) • Desire to grow with practice • Bilingual a plus (esp. Mandarin fluency) Compensation: $90,000+ yearly
