Compensation- $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Conduct client consultations to assess needs related to estate planning, MassHealth (Medicaid) planning, probate, and guardianship/conservatorship matters • Build strong, long-term client relationships through clear, compassionate communication • Serve as a trusted advisor—educating clients and ensuring they understand their legal options and plans • Gather detailed personal, financial, and family information to develop tailored legal strategies • Draft and review estate planning documents and related filings with accuracy and attention to detail • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing guidance and support • Maintain accurate and timely records in the firm’s CRM or case management system • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure continued service and relationship development • Manage caseload independently while collaborating with the legal team to deliver high-quality work efficiently • Uphold the firm’s commitment to excellent client service in every interaction Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar • 3+ years of legal experience preferred; experience in estate planning, elder law, MassHealth planning, probate, or conservatorship strongly preferred • Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and empathetic • Strong ethical judgment and commitment to client confidentiality • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong work ethic • High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with clients during sensitive situations • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
