The Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates, P.C., is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney to join our Personal Injury Team in-person at our Duluth, GA office. At least 3 years of Personal Injury experience is preferred, but not required; however, the successful candidate must possess strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Responsibilities: • Learn, understand and execute the firm’s personal injury case management process and procedures according to written and/or verbal instructions • Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases through the use of a variety of case management programs and procedures • Ensure the rights of the client as well as the professional integrity of the firm are preserved and maintained through professional expert representation in court or before government agencies • Prepare legal documents and negotiate settlements on behalf of injured clients • Handled all aspects of both pre-litigation and litigation cases from start to finish Qualifications: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to build rapport with clients • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills • Excellent time management skills, be organized and able to effectively prioritize projects and tasks in a fast-paced work environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent client service. Intermediate administrative and proficient computer skills are required
