Civil Litigation and Business Litigation firm seeks an Associate Litigation Attorney with at least 1-3 years of experience in Litigation. This position is full-time, in office, Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

· Licensed to practice Law in Nevada

· Minimum of 1-3 years of experience practicing law

· You must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work as a team

· Possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of legal principles and procedures

· Be proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents

Duties:

· Assisting the Senior Litigation Attorneys with drafting legal documents

· Assisting in Case Management

· Legal Research

· Document Review

· Working with Clients and opposing counsel

· Making Court appearances

· Attending Depositions, Mediations and Arbitrations
