Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law and a passion for litigation and client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings and before administrative agencies
• Provide sound legal counsel across a range of matters
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, appeals, and contracts
• Conduct in-depth legal research using Lexis-Nexis and other tools
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for client interests
• Manage litigation from case inception through resolution

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas
• Experience in workers' compensation or administrative law preferred
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
