    Lindsey Wilson, PLLC is a leading family law firm known for delivering sophisticated representation in high-net-worth and high-conflict matters across the State of Florida. We represent a diverse clientele including public figures, professional athletes, and business owners in complex divorce, child custody, paternity, domestic violence, prenuptial agreement, and post-judgment modification and enforcement cases. We pride ourselves on our strategic, client-centered advocacy and our track record of success in and out of the courtroom.

    As our caseload continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and elite legal team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and litigate family law cases from initial intake through final hearing, including divorce, paternity, custody, relocation, domestic violence, support modifications, and enforcement matters.

    • Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategy tailored to high-conflict and high-asset family law matters.

    • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery, and settlement agreements with precision and legal sophistication.

    • Handle court appearances, evidentiary hearings, mediations, depositions, and, where applicable, trials.

    • Collaborate directly with the managing partner and team members to deliver exceptional client service and case outcomes.

    • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and third-party professionals.

    • Analyze financial records, business valuations, and asset structures in support of equitable distribution and support issues.

    Qualifications

    • J.D. from an accredited law school.

    • Active and in good standing with The Florida Bar.

    • Minimum of 3 years of family law experience, preferably in a litigation-focused role.

    • Excellent writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.

    • High degree of emotional intelligence and professionalism when dealing with sensitive family law issues.

    • Familiarity with high-net-worth matters, complex financial discovery, and time-sharing issues strongly preferred.

    • Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.

    Preferred Attributes

    • Experience representing professional athletes, public figures, or high-profile clients is a strong plus.

    • Prior experience with paternity, interstate/international custody disputes, and prenuptial agreements.

    • Working knowledge of wealth management, business valuation, and corporate structures is a benefit.

    • Proficiency with Clio or similar case management systems.

    • Bilingual skills are a plus.
