ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - Insurance Coverage - Hybrid

Join a respected team in complex insurance litigation. We seek a candidate with strong insurance analysis and litigation experience, capable of managing cases independently while contributing to larger projects.

Salary $120,000 to $150,000, along with benefits like Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, and Paid Time Off.

As part of a leading litigation law firm in the Northeast, you'll gain hands-on experience and work on diverse cases that promote professional development.

As an insurance coverage attorney/litigator, you’ll handle complex cases, analyze policies, draft coverage opinions, and create persuasive motions. You'll also communicate with clients and conduct legal research.

Skills Needed

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts State Ba
• 3-6 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
• Strong research and writing skills are essential
