Responsibilities: Duties will encompass all facets of case oversight and trial readiness, including but not limited to: • Client interaction and consultations • Strategic planning to vigorously represent each client • Composing motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, letters, and more • Tracking and meeting critical case deadlines • Serving as a thoughtful analyst, effective team player, and executor of trial tactics to fulfill client objectives • Conducting legal research and evaluation • Preparing for and taking depositions • Supporting trial preparation and in-court proceedings • Managing all phases of litigation, including contested hearings and trials • Traveling for court appearances, depositions, and trials both in-state and out-of-state. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized and accredited law school • Current and good standing membership with the California State Bar • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation • Strong skills in legal research, analysis, and negotiation • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated capability to manage high-stress environments with professionalism and poise Compensation and Benefits: • Salary range $145,000 to $185,000 , depending upon experience • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Travel expenses are covered, with travel requirements varying based on cases Compensation: $145,000 - $185,000
