As an Attorney, you will be the cornerstone of client experience. You will meet with and help families navigate their legal options with confidence, providing the thoughtful guidance and personalized strategies they deserve. Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Conduct client-facing meetings to assess needs related to estate planning, Medicaid, probate, and guardianship. • Build strong, lasting relationships through compassionate, thoughtful interactions that instill confidence and trust. • Serve as a trusted advisor—educating clients, answering questions, and ensuring they fully understand their legal plans. • Collect detailed personal and financial information to design customized plans aligned with each client’s goals and values. • Ensure all work is completed thoroughly and accurately. • Act as the primary legal point of contact for client questions and provide guidance with clarity and empathy. • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM for all client communications and meetings. • Follow up regularly with clients to maintain relationships and ensure continued support. • Manage your caseload with minimal oversight and work directly with the legal team to deliver timely, high-quality results. • Provide excellent client experience by ensuring every interaction is thorough, respectful, and aligned with being client committed. Qualifications: What We Are Looking For: • Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar. • Prior experience practicing law; experience in guardianships, estate planning, Medicaid planning, probate, or conservatorship is highly preferred. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and write clearly, professionally, and with empathy while engaging with clients. • Strong ethical standards and sound judgement. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high emotional intelligence. • Strong negotiation skills, including the willingness and ability to reconcile differences and find mutual wins. • Attention to detail and a commitment to doing things correctly the first time. Compensation: $120,000 yearly
