With operations in multiple states and a proven, client-first approach, the firm is now hiring a fully remote Associate Attorney based in Maryland to support its continued growth.

    Position: Associate Attorney
    Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in Maryland)
    Bar Admission: Must be licensed and in good standing with the Maryland Bar
    Experience: 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience

    About the Role

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage client matters from intake through resolution

    • Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel

    • Handle legal issues related to financial hardship, debt collection, and tenant rights

    • Use the firm’s Salesforce-based case management system

    • Collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff

    What You Won’t Do

    • No billable hour requirements

    • No marketing or sales responsibilities

    • No client chasing or fee generation

    • No weekend or late-night work—standard 9-to-6 schedule

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Active Maryland Bar license and residency in Maryland

    • 1–2 years of relevant legal experience (litigation or negotiation)

    • Background in consumer law, financial services, or personal injury a plus

    • Empathetic, organized, and passionate about helping others

    • Fully committed to a full-time position (not running a side practice)
