    About the Role Odrobinak & Nowaczyk, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing practice, with a focus on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. This role is ideal for an attorney who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a collaborative legal environment. The Associate Attorney will work closely with our attorneys and support staff to guide clients through thoughtful planning and administration matters, from initial consultations through resolution. While experience in elder law is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities: • Draft and review estate planning tools, including trust agreements, durable powers of attorney, and health care planning tools • Assist with probate and trust administration matters from start to finish • Meet with clients to understand goals and provide clear legal guidance • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and filings • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality client service • Support elder law matters as needed, with training available Qualifications: • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school • Licensed to practice law in Indiana or eligible for admission • Experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration preferred • Interest in elder law and willingness to learn is a plus • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working as part of a team Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
