Job Description
Top tier plaintiff's law firm is seeking a 5-7th year associate licensed in DC and MD (WV a plus) to practice in all areas including medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, drafting complaints, motions, responses, legal research, medical research, notice letters, pretrial statements, discovery responses, damages analysis, and all other aspects of litigation. Attendance and participation in trial will also be expected. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator, and less senior attorneys with medical malpractice experience will also be considered.
Candidates must be able to handle multiple files, exhibit strong attention to detail, must be a team player, thorough, with high-energy and be both enthusiastic and helpful.
