MANDATORY FOR APPLYING:

Bar license in Arizona (or willing to waive in immediately) with minimum 4 years' experience (no exceptions) practicing personal injury law, insurance law, or construction law. Experience can be on the Plaintiff side, defense side, or in house.

Deposition experience, motion drafting, and experience working with experts is mandatory.

Being proactive on files and owning the file is mandatory.

Must have no bar misconduct.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Manage and work on Personal Injury, Insurance Litigation, and Construction matters, which includes overseeing the matter and working with staff.

Conduct intake calls with new clients.

Manage existing matters and communicate with clients.

Conduct discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and work with experts.

Conduct arbitrations whether as 1st chair or 2nd chair depending on experience.

Participate in weekly team meetings to evaluate and plan how to best advocate in each case.

Attend and occasionally present at monthly continuing education lunches in office with the team.

Participate in monthly one-on-one meetings with the Managing Partner.
