    Work Structure

    • Onsite for the first 120 days to support onboarding and integration

    Responsibilities

    • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
    • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
    • Conduct depositions and participate in mediations/settlements
    • Communicate directly with clients and insurance carriers
    • Support trial preparation as needed
    • Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and growth initiatives

    Ideal Background

    • Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
    • Experience in personal injury preferred (plaintiff or defense)
    • Strong litigation, writing, and client communication skills
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term growth
    • Desire to step into future leadership responsibilities
