We handle removal defense, asylum, family-based visas, detained cases, bonds, appeals, and federal litigation, including habeas petitions and circuit court appeals. Due to an increased case load, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated attorney to join our team! Job candidates must be at least conversationally fluent in Spanish, and compensation will depend on experience. Our Associate Attorneys manage their own dockets of cases, and have the support of a team of legal assistants. You will receive personal training from the Managing Attorney, the Senior Associate Attorney, and the Office Manager. In other words, you will have the support of decades of experience to ensure that you have the ability and resources to provide the best representation to the Firm's clients.

2-5 years of experience, preferably in the field of Immigration Law. Must be willing to litigate in immigration court, detention centers, and Federal Courts

NOTES: 2 openings. Hybrid/Remote work is allowed.

Additional Salary Information: Salary depends on experience. Higher compensation if candidate brings a portable book of business.
