Providence Staffing’s client is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join its growing personal injury practice in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative litigation environment. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from discovery through resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial, including trial strategy, witness preparation, and exhibit organization.
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as required.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and motion practice.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure effective case management.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation process.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Strong knowledge of Georgia civil procedure and personal injury law.
• Experience using case management software preferred.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
