Responsibilities: • Assist in managing a criminal defense caseload from start to finish • Draft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda • Conduct legal research and develop a case strategy • Communicate directly with clients, prosecutors, and court personnel • Appear in court for hearings and, as appropriate, trials • Prepare witnesses and assist in trial presentation Qualifications: • Licensed attorney • Strong work ethic and willingness to put in the time required to excel • Interest in criminal defense and trial advocacy • Ability to take feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve • Excellent oral advocate with good writing, research, and communication skills • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment Compensation: $90,000
