Responsibilities: Conduct thorough legal research and ensure clients' interests are effectively advocated Manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines Prepare pleadings and discovery responses Draft oppositions and motions Take and defend depositions virtually and in person. Summarize depositions and medical records Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, keeping them informed and engaged Qualifications: Must be a licensed attorney in California and in good standing with the State Bar Must be able to appear in court in person and virtually Ability to work collaboratively and be a team player Demonstrate exceptional written communication skills Skill in drafting oppositions and motions to support litigation strategies Experience in taking and defending depositions with confidence and clarity Ability to summarize depositions and medical records Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Possess strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Compensation: $99,000 - $199,000 yearly
