Responsibilities: • Conduct research and assess legal issues. • Prepare cases for trial. • Prepare pleadings and discovery responses. • Interview witnesses and cross-examination. • Draft Oppositions/Motions. • Summarize depositions and medical records. • Take and defend depositions. • Legal research and writing. Qualifications: • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar. • Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Maintain communication with clients and witnesses. • Possess strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365. • Must be able to appear in court in person and virtually. • Have the ability to work collaboratively and be a team player. • Be motivated to learn and be open to growth opportunities. Compensation: $99,000 - $200,000 yearly
