We are an Orange County-based firm seeking a full-time Litigation Associate. We specialize in civil litigation and insurance defense. Previous experience in Medical Malpractice is a plus, but not required. This is a fast-paced environment, ideal candidate must be a team player and a self-starter. Responsibilities: • Position includes managing the existing case load • Propounding and responding to written discovery • Taking depositions • Legal Research and Writing • Law and Motion • Conduct Research and assess legal issues • Trial experience is a plus, but not required Qualifications: • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar • Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills • Must be able to appear in court in person and virtually • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 • Looking for a candidate who is hard working, well organized, and detail-oriented, who works well as part of a team Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly
