We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Attorney with a background in class actions and PAGA cases. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of successfully handling wage and hour matters. Experience in civil litigation with a willingness to work hard to learn, wage, and hour will be considered. Responsibilities: • Class Action and PAGA matters: handle litigation from start to finish including discovery, depositions, and motion work Trial and Trial preparation: prepare for and attend trial as necessary • Legal Research: Stay current on labor and employment laws and regulations, conducting legal research to ensure clients are informed and compliant • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing effective legal solutions Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients • Successful completion of the bar exam • Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school • Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association) • Candidates must have passed the CALIFORNIA bar exam Compensation: $105,000 - $200,000 yearly
