The firm is a broad-based defense practice dedicated to defending the interests of individuals, insurers, and commercial enterprises in complex litigation. Their focus includes general and professional liability, insurance defense, casualty, and employment law. They offer a collaborative work environment and excellent resources for professional growth. 95-150K plus bonuses depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage various phases of litigation, including research, drafting motions, conducting depositions, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with seasoned attorneys to develop effective defense strategies.
• Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding case progress and developments.
• Uphold all legal and ethical standards in representation and practice.

Qualifications:

• J.D. degree and active bar admission (DE) in good standing.
• Interest or experience in general liability, insurance defense, casualty, or labor and employment law.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Commitment to professional development and learning.
