We specialize in family law, estate planning, **** and criminal law. We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in family law to join our growing practice. Experience in estate planning is a strong plus.

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in family law who is eager to thrive in a role that balances collaboration with autonomy. The ideal candidate is a confident litigator, a strategic legal thinker, and a trusted advisor capable of managing their own caseload while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment.

- Excellent legal research and persuasive writing ability

**Key Responsibilities
**
- Draft, review, and finalize documents
- Conduct client consultations and develop personalized planning strategies
- Prepare filings
- Handle family law matters, including divorce, custody, and settlements
- Perform detailed legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Manage an independent caseload while meeting firm deadlines and quality standards
- Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and planning
- Stay current on law developments

**Core Qualifications
**
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years experience in family law, estate planning experience a plus
- Experience with family law matters such as divorce, custody, and support
- Excellent legal research, writing, and courtroom skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and client communication skills
- Highly organized, with effective time management
- Proficient with remote work and case management tools (Zoom, MS Office, TEAMS)
- Proficient in Spanish, a plus
