    Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney (Insurance & Bad Faith)
    Job Type: Fulltime
    Location: Remote (But candidate should reside in Seattle)

    Responsibilities will include litigating insurance and bad faith actions in Washington and other jurisdictions, and providing a wide range of insurance coverage services to our clients. The ideal candidate with have extensive experience in all facets of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation. The position offers flexibility to work remotely.

    Skills and Educational Requirements

    • JD with excellent academic credentials
    • Minimum of two years of solid litigation experience
    • Demonstrated interest or experience handling coverage matters and litigating bad faith and/or insurance-related actions preferred
    • Ability to handle breach of contract, bad faith, and all facets of insurance litigation from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
    • Demonstrated experience providing liability analyses to clients and fashioning litigation strategies commensurate with the case
    • Experience in legal research with Lexis and related computer programs
    • Experience with both state and federal court proceedings
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
    • Current Washington Bar admission in good standing is required. California Bar Admission is a plus

    Compensation & Benefits

    • The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law
