Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to the state bar. • 2+ years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on real estate and business transactions. • Strong expertise in title insurance, loan documentation, and escrow management. • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • A commitment to delivering superior client service.
