The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing high-quality legal support on non-litigation matters, with a primary focus on transactional work. This role involves facilitating real estate and business transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing contractual obligations. It is well-suited for an attorney with strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to guiding clients through complex legal processes. Compensation and Benefits • Salary range: $100,000+ depending on experience • Paid Time Off • Growth Potential • Benefits Responsibilities: • Reviewing titles, surveys, and loan documents. • Drafting and evaluating deeds, contracts, and leases specifically for clients. • Overseeing property settlements and issuing title insurance. • Managing IOLTA escrow accounts for compliance. • Conducting audits to ensure legal and procedural accuracy. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to the state bar. • 2+ years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on real estate and business transactions. • Strong expertise in title insurance, loan documentation, and escrow management. • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • A commitment to delivering superior client service.
