Orange county Eviction Law Firm is seeking an experienced Jury Trial and Appearance Attorney to join our very fast paced office.
We prosecute commercial and residential unlawful detainer actions and breach of contract matters on behalf of property Landlords throughout the State of California.
Duties: - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients. Represent clients in Court proceedings, Unlawful Detainer and Jury Trial hearings and negotiations. Prepare for Jury Trials. Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, discovery and pleadings. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Interview clients and witnesses to gather information for cases. Prepare and present legal arguments in court. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients.
Skills: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
