The Frazer Firm, P.A., Jupiter's premier boutique business law firm, is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience in business and commercial litigation. Transactional experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits • $135,000 – $165,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) • Performance-based bonus available • 401(k) with employer contribution • Monthly insurance stipend • Generous paid holidays and PTO • CLE and bar dues covered • Professional development and career advancement support Responsibilities: What You'll Do Strategic Litigation • Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda in complex business disputes • Conduct discovery and depositions with precision and strategic insight • Handle hearings, mediations, and participate in trials in state and federal court Transactional Counsel • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts that support business objectives • Structure LLC operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and governance documents • Advise business clients with clarity on day-to-day operational legal issues Client Relationships • Serve as a key advisor to growth-minded, forward-thinking, and executives • Participate in client strategy meetings, business planning, and firm growth discussions • Help build long-term client partnerships rooted in trust, results, and responsiveness Qualifications: Who You Are • A Florida-licensed attorney with at least 3–6 years of experience in litigation, ideally with some transactional exposure • An exceptional legal writer and analytical thinker who crafts arguments that persuade and protect • Organized, proactive, and accountable—you don’t need handholding to move matters forward • A team player who sees the practice of law as a profession of service, not just a job • Drawn to a firm that values integrity, excellence, and meaningful work Compensation: $135,000 - $165,000 yearly base salary plus performance bonus
