About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney who is eager to litigate, take ownership of cases, and grow within a fast-paced, trial-focused law firm. This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from seasoned trial lawyers, sharpen your courtroom skills, and fight for real people with real stories.
You will be responsible for:
Managing a diverse caseload of personal injury and civil litigation matters
Drafting and arguing motions, attending depositions, and preparing for trial
Conducting discovery, client interviews, and settlement negotiations
Second-chairing and eventually first-chairing jury trials
Contributing to strategy development and participating in firm growth initiatives
✅ Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
0–5 years of litigation or trial experience (mentorship provided for newer attorneys)
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset
Passion for helping clients and making a difference in the community
