We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Insurance Coverage Group. The position will assist with first and third party insurance claims and defense of insureds in litigation throughout the Northwest.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Partners with review of claim files.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on coverage and defense needs.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Ensure Compliance with Claims Handling Regulations.

• Oregon State Bar Admission
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in fast past practice and and strong work ethic.
