U2U Law PC is seeking a driven and talented Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team in Newport Beach, CA. Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence

Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned analysis to support case strategy

Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations

Manage and maintain a caseload from intake through resolution

Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters and litigation strategy

Communicate directly with clients to provide updates, gather information, and offer legal counsel

Ensure compliance with court deadlines, filing requirements, and procedural rules

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Active membership in the California State Bar (required)

0–3 years of experience as a practicing attorney preferred

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent verbal communication and client-facing abilities

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
