Our growing firm is seeking a probate attorney who enjoys working in a busy and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will ideally have some familiarity with probate procedures. This is a full-time role. Either remote or based in our San Diego office. Salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: • Handling probate cases from start to finish, but under supervision • Managing client relationships • Assisting with business development initiatives • Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and notices • Complete legal research • Attend probate court hearings on behalf of clients Qualifications: • Able to work independently and as part of a team while handling multiple files • Some experience as an estate planning and probate attorney is preferred, but newly admitted attorneys will be considered • Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school • Admitted to California State Bar Compensation: $90,000 +
