A growing regional insurance defense firm is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney with at least 5 years of defense litigation experience to join its Alpharetta, GA office. This firm represents employers across a wide range of industries in state and federal workers’ compensation claims, including Longshore and Defense Base Act cases.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation defense matters

• Conduct depositions of parties, providers, and experts

• Represent clients in mediations and hearings

• Analyze medical records and develop case strategy

• Draft motions, respond to discovery, and negotiate settlements

What They're Looking For:

• 5+ years of workers’ comp defense experience

• Active Georgia Bar license

• Strong writing, deposition, and mediation skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
