    Position: Associate Attorney
    Location: Fully Remote
    Compensation: $90,000 + Full Benefits
    Bar Admission: Must be actively licensed and in good standing with the Wyoming State Bar
    Experience: 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience preferred

You'll be provided with a steady caseload, all necessary remote tools, and full support from an experienced legal team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage client matters from intake through resolution.
    • Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel.
    • Handle cases involving debt collection, financial hardship, and tenant rights.
    • Utilize the firm's Salesforce-based case management system to track matters and client communications.
    • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and administrative staff.

    What You Won't Do

    • No billable hour requirements.
    • No sales or client acquisition.
    • No business development responsibilities.
    • No late nights—standard 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule with excellent work-life balance.

    Ideal Candidate

    • Active Wyoming Bar license in good standing is required.
    • 1–2 years of litigation, negotiation, or related legal experience preferred.
    • Experience in consumer law, financial disputes, collections, or personal injury is a plus.
    • Strong communication, organization, and client service skills.
