Responsibilities: • Analyze employee benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements • Develop and conduct benefits orientations and training for new employees to ensure understanding and utilization of the benefits packages • Assist employers with benefits-related inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain employer/employee satisfaction • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to recommend adjustments to benefit programs for optimal employee retention and attraction Qualifications: • 2+ years of sales or benefit administration experience • Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite Competencies • US Work Authorization • Community leadership Compensation: $40,000 - $85,000
