As we expand our licensed operations, we are actively hiring Licensed California Brokers to serve in Associate Broker roles—key leadership positions with direct influence over agent development, deal flow, and brand growth.

Job Summary

We’re seeking experienced Associate Brokers to join our founding team and play a central role in launching and scaling our real estate brokerage operations throughout Southern California.

As an Associate Broker at CJL Holding Corp, you will be responsible for supporting sales activity, mentoring new agents, recruiting talent, and helping execute our business development and client strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new agents
• Participate in brokerage operations, business strategy, and marketing
• Provide guidance on contracts, negotiations, compliance, and client service
• Collaborate with company leadership on growth initiatives and recruiting
• Maintain awareness of local market trends and DRE regulations
• Attend leadership meetings, sales training, and brokerage events

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate Broker License (Required)
• 2+ years of full-time real estate experience (sales or broker-level)
• Strong knowledge of real estate forms, transaction coordination, and DRE compliance
• Leadership and team-building experience preferred
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor agents and oversee deals when necessary
