Position Summary
The Associate Broker serves as a knowledgeable, accessible resource for agents within the office, supporting their day-to-day business, transactions, and overall success. Working in close partnership with the Branch Manager, this role helps guide agents through deals, reinforce best practices, and contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment.
The Associate Broker plays a key role in ensuring agents feel confident, informed, and connected—providing practical guidance, reinforcing company standards, and supporting the consistent delivery of a high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Support & Guidance
- Serve as a go-to resource for agents with questions related to transactions, contracts, and client scenarios.
- Provide practical guidance and insight to help agents navigate deals effectively and professionally.
- Be readily available in-office to support agents with day-to-day business needs.
- Build strong relationships with agents to foster trust, accessibility, and engagement.
Transaction & Compliance Support
- Assist agents in reviewing contracts and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Reinforce compliance standards, company policies, and best practices.
- Help identify and resolve potential issues within transactions before they escalate.
- Direct agents to the Designated Broker or Branch Manager when necessary.
Agent Development & Coaching Support
- Support the Branch Manager in reinforcing productivity habits, business planning, and professional development.
- Share best practices, strategies, and market insights to help agents grow their business.
- Assist with onboarding new agents by helping them understand processes, tools, and expectations.
- Contribute to a culture of learning through informal coaching and knowledge sharing.
Training & Office Support
- Assist with office trainings, workshops, and meetings as needed.
- Help reinforce company tools, systems, and programs through day-to-day interaction with agents.
- Support the implementation of company initiatives at the office level.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure agents receive timely support and resources.
Office Presence & Collaboration
- Maintain a consistent, visible presence in the office to support agent engagement.
- Partner with the Branch Manager to foster a professional, welcoming, and collaborative environment.
- Encourage connection and communication among agents to strengthen office culture.
- Act as a steady, approachable leader within the office.
Culture & Community
- Support a positive office culture aligned with RedKey’s values of Love, Service, and Fun.
- Encourage collaboration, professionalism, and mutual support among agents.
- Participate in office events, meetings, and engagement initiatives.
- Help create an environment where agents feel supported and set up for success.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate Broker License (Missouri; additional states a plus).
- 5+ years of real estate sales experience with strong transaction knowledge.
- Solid understanding of contracts, compliance, and real estate operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to provide guidance and support in a clear, approachable manner.
- Comfortable with real estate technology and transaction management systems.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to agent success.
