• Contract Duration: 6 Months
• Worksite Location: remote
• Compensation: $25-31/hour

What you’ll do as the Business Analyst:

• Support workload across several business lines, with a focus on building controls (lighting, HVAC, refrigeration).
• Manage email correspondence related to project execution and technical support.
• Execute processes efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion.
• Gather input from various business units to assist in system updates and process improvements.
• Utilize automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Build and maintain reports to track performance, operational metrics, and progress.

What you’ll bring to the Business Analyst role:

Must Haves:

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and report building.
• Expertise in Excel for data management and analysis.
• Experience with technical systems and process execution.
• Proficiency in Python and R scripting for automation and analysis.
• Experience using SharePoint and Smartsheet for project management and collaboration.
• Knowledge of SQL queries and database management.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in automated script creation and coding.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems (EMS).
• Experience with WebCTRL or similar building control systems.
