Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Operations & Data Integrity: Manage the tactical procurement cycle by maintenance of accurate supplier data to ensure financial and operational alignment.
• Backlog & Schedule Management: Oversee the open purchase order backlog by tracking shipments and processing necessary updates to maintain an accurate production schedule.
• Shortage Mitigation: Identify and resolve material gaps by analyzing upcoming production requirements against current inventory levels and supplier lead times.
• Supplier Support: Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution.
• Procurement Assistance: Support Buyer(s) in sourcing initiatives, evaluating quotes, and special projects.
• Inventory Coordination: Help monitor inventory levels of electronic components and update records under the guidance of experienced buyers.
