    The Chief Commercial Office (CCO) Associate will play a key role across several of the CCO pillars, including reporting and tracking of business performance, analytics and management information. This role will support both the CCO Head of Business and People Strategy and CCO Regional Coverage Business Manager.

    The Chief Commercial Office (CCO) for the Americas is responsible for supporting the Global Banking team in executing strategy to drive growth and business performance as well as enhance product and coverage capabilities.

    Your daily responsibilities could include:

    • Support day-to-day management responsibilities on behalf of the Head of GB Regional Coverage, Americas and the respective coverage businesses including Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions Group, Institutional Client Group and Multinationals Client Desk.

    • Work closely with the wider CCO team to prepare periodic risk and business performance reviews and highlight relevant escalations for senior management review.

    • Identify opportunities to increase effectiveness and provide constructive challenge to existing practices

    • Support strategic business development and coordination within the Regional Coverage teams, including execution of strategic initiatives.

    For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between 96,100 and $144,100.

    The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

    Requirements

    Employment eligibility to work with HSBC in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with well-developed written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form effective relationships and influence internal stakeholders

    • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and independently while maintaining business and project deadlines

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

    • Solid understanding of Global Banking business and related risks; knowledge of Investment Banking products, preferred combined with strong financial and accounting acumen
