    Position: Bilingual Spanish and/or English Speaking Associate Child Therapist Welcome to the Parent-Child Therapy Clinic Inc! Seeking motivated BBS-registered child Therapists to join our team in Ventura, California. • We specialize in Evidence-Based Treatments, with a focus on PCITEquipped with fully furnished PCIT rooms • Opportunity for PCIT certification under a dually-certified trainer This role is OFFICE-BASED • Full-time positions available / Hourly pay / Non-exempt status • Bilingual / Spanish preferred We Offer : • Quickly filled caseloads and referrals (no need to find your own clients) • $300 per hiring year for CEUs and conferences • Separate paid time off and sick leave benefits • Dental and vision coverage provided / No medical benefits • Weekly paid supervision by licensed supervisors • Group liability insurance covered by the clinic • CalSavers Roth IRA retirement plan • No worries about billing or collections; the clinic handles this for you • Flexible work schedule • We are a supportive team that values collaboration and assistanceStarting pay at $40-52/hour for clinical work and $22-$25/hour for administrative tasks Responsibilities: • Conduct individual, dyadic, and family therapy sessions for children and families • Assess and evaluate patients diagnostically and develop treatment plans in accordance with DSM-V TR guidelines to guide treatment. • Collaborate with both internal and external diverse teams to ensure comprehensive treatment. • Maintain accurate clinical records for all therapy sessions conducted. • Participate in mandatory workshops and staff meetings as needed. • Foster and be a part of a supportive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications: • An active provisional BBS registration for AMFT/ASW/APCC in California is required. • A minimum Master's Degree. • Compliance with professional laws, codes, ethics, and regulations is mandatory. • Previous experience working with children in clinical settings is highly preferred. • Being multilingual is advantageous. • Openness to acquiring and mastering diagnostic and assessment skills is necessary. • Willingness to travel to and work at the Ventura office is expected. • Demonstrated ability in both independent work and teamwork is essential. Compensation: $40 - $52 per hour
