    Job description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Associate Center Childcare Director to lead and inspire our early childhood education team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children and staff alike. Your leadership will drive excellence in curriculum development, foster strong relationships with families, and promote a collaborative team culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape early learning experiences while managing strategic initiatives that support the center’s growth and success.

    Duties:

    Lead the development and implementation of innovative, age-appropriate curricula that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development

    Supervise and support teaching staff through coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development

    Manage center operations including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with licensing standards

    Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans that enhance program quality and community engagement

    Oversee fundraising efforts to secure additional resources for program enrichment and facility improvements

    Foster positive relationships with families through effective communication, parent meetings, and community events

    Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors at all times

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in classroom teaching with children in early childhood or elementary settings

    Demonstrated management or supervisory experience in an educational or childcare environment

    Strong background in curriculum development and education administration

    Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and facilitate collaboration among staff

    Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing resources effectively

    Skilled in public speaking and community outreach to promote program initiatives

    Working knowledge of licensing regulations, safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education
