    EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time

    SALARY: $69,000 – $75,000

REPORTS TO: Senior Manager/Manager, Client Services

    POSITION SUMMARY

Fohr, an influencer marketing platform and full-service agency in NYC, is currently seeking a full-time Associate to join our dynamic client services team.

At Fohr, an Associate is our most junior position on our Campaigns team, providing end-to-end service to brand clients and working directly with influencers and their teams. An Associate is someone with some previous professional experience, preferably in a marketing/influencer role, who is looking to learn and grow as a client partner and campaign manager.

The Associate supports various elements of campaign execution, working for, or in collaboration with, senior members of the team. Associates will be exposed to and/or trained in every step of the campaign lifecycle: influencer identification, negotiations and contracting, briefing and content management, usage and exclusivity, invoicing, monitoring and reporting. In this role, they are responsible for meeting project goals by executing against the strategy within the agreed-upon time, scope, budget, and resources as an individual contributor.

The associate plays a large role in influencer identification, learning how to create a strategic campaign list and accompanying rationale. Once the campaign begins, they have direct influencer contact and ensure influencers are onboarded and briefed, have what they need to succeed, understand Fohr's technology, maintain their contract elements, and provide any necessary results. The Associate is expected to track results in real-time, maintaining web reports, and knows where each element of their campaign is at any given moment.

The Associate is expected to become fully versed in Fohr's proprietary tools and stay up to date on any advancements. In this role, the Associate must become proficient in campaign KPIs and how they are measured and achieved and should begin to be able to articulate how to approach an influencer list / campaign recap that supports the business goals. The Associate should become comfortable presenting weekly and at the end of a campaign on what happened and why.

The Associate supports in client management, with direct contact, through taking internal meeting notes, preparing client meetings, creating client-facing recaps, updating content and budget trackers, ensuring timelines are maintained, delivering content and related notes, and preparing campaign results/contributing to reports. They will aid in project management of campaigns through meeting coordination, timeline maintenance, and assigning next steps.

While this role has much oversight, it is expected that Associates learn quickly and build on prior experience. It is also expected that there is a high level of ownership and accountability, and that the Associate delivers error-free work. In this role, the Associate should hone their ability to plan and anticipate client/influencer needs and questions and bring thoughtful solutions to the team.

This role is expected to last 1-4 years and has a growth trajectory towards Senior Associate. The Associate role begins to transition to a Senior Associate role when the Associate demonstrates consistent self-motivated effort and results, at a high volume, within an advanced level of campaign and client complexity. This role is about gaining a fundamental understanding of the space, various perspectives and experiences as it relates to the variables of execution and partnership, and a strong understanding of Fohr's way of servicing clients.
