Mid-Level Associate - Construction Litigation

We are seeking an experienced mid-level associate to join our dynamic Litigation Group. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of construction litigation and commercial litigation cases, honing your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on complex litigation matters

• Draft and edit pleadings, motions, and other court documents

• Assist in preparing for trials, depositions, and other litigation proceedings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies

• Stay up-to-date on developments in construction litigation and commercial litigation law

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in construction litigation and commercial litigation

• Top academic credentials from a first-tier law school (top 20% of class)

• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
