Associate Consultant Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry research and market analysis to inform strategies
- Work directly with senior team members to pinpoint the client's areas of importance, develop actionable strategies, and support implementation of recommendations
- Work closely with project team to set objectives and manage individual milestones to ensure delivery on time
- Prepare high-quality deliverables in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio and other tools as needed
- Embrace teamwork with strong interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to the growth of a new organization
- Travel as needed for business or client needs
Associate Consultant Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in business or science related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2+ years' experience in life science consulting
- Preferably depth of knowledge in one or more of the following therapeutic areas: Oncology, Neurology, Immunology, Cell & Gene, Rare Disease
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical patient services/hub operations highly valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience using AI tools
- Independently manage tasks assigned and collaborative attitude
- Enhanced skills using PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
