At Restoration Counseling Service, our staff (each with unique specialties) treats a wide variety of challenges such as infidelity recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship counseling, children’s issues, grief, self-harm, PTSD, and much more. Our mission is to help our clients become all that they were created to be and we do so daily.

Requirements:

Must be a registered associate in the state of California.

Strong legal and ethical knowledge of the profession.

Strong ability to develop rapport with clients.

Must attend and participate in supervision (associate) and willing to attend training meetings.

Must enjoy being part of a well-rounded team.

Desired:

Christian counseling experience strongly preferred.

Some life experience that would help establish your credibility with older clients.

Willing to work Saturdays and some evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with client goals.

Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.

Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in Simple Practice. Regular audits will be conducted.

Adhere to ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and California BBS requirements.

Follow Restoration Counseling Service's policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other clinicians, support staff, and referral sources.

Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and team members.
